



A vital PIPELINE for Thanet's Youth

Pipeline has loads going on for young people over the next few
months. Whether you’re into music, surfing, or you just want
somewhere to hang out with your mates. Take a look below at their
summer programme or call 01843 851407 to find out more.

The Skate Park is Back
Monday 4pm -7pm, Eastcliff Bandstand
Saturday 1pm - 4pm, Bandstand or Concorde (Concorde is 2nd and
last Saturday of each month)
We will also have the skate park, cage, bus, kites, and other
activities from 4-7 at:
- Garlinge Rec, Mon & Wed
- Newington Centre,Tues & Thurs
- Coleman Rec, Mon, Wed & Thurs
- Dane Valley on Tues & Fri
Rock School
Rock School will be on as usual over the summer, running on the
2nd and last Saturday of each month at Concorde Youth Centre.
Lessons start at 9:30 and the last finishes at 4pm. If you are
interested in learning or developing your skills on guitar, bass,
drums, vocals or you’d prefer song writing, recording and
rehearsing tracks, we have tutors to help you out. All lessons are
free! Call the office to book.
Friday Night Project
The double decker has had a splash of paint and will be heading
out on Friday Nights to different sites around Thanet in
partnership with the Police. The Hang 10 team will be out from
8pm-11pm working to reduce anti social behaviour and under-aged
drinking at sites including Escape Night Club, Broadstairs High
Street and Boundary Road Park. The Friday Night Project is a new
project and launched on 13th June.
Hang 10
As ever Hang 10 will be working in various wards throughout the
summer, offering a variety of activities and advice for young
people. So if you see us about, come and get involved.
