The Breakthrough Plus team holds weekly healthy eating workshops, serving up bite-sized nuggets of information about healthy eating.They also provide home made smoothies and juices, which are put into the recipe book for you to take away and enjoy.

The team also:

• Grows fruit and vegetables at the Hereson Family and Community Centre, Ramsgate

• Teamed up with the Pie Factory Music to hold samba workshops every Monday night

• Holds days out, art workshops, photo projects, bowling, golf etc…
