It’s a struggle to be healthy and keep fit, so when there’s FREE
help available, it makes sense to take it!
The MEND Programme (Mind, Exercise, Nutrition, Do it!) is aimed
at young people aged between 7 - 13 years old and their families,
and provides an excellent chance to get fit and healthy.
It runs for 10 weeks and gets the whole family involved in
helping you change eating and exercise habits, while learning about
nutrition, health, fitness and wellbeing.
