The proof is in the pudding – what the junior chefs said:
Sisters Joanne (11) and Jenny (13) joined the course together as
budding chefs and have already impressed their parents with a roast
dinner and chocolate torte. “I really like the way the course is
run, it’s fun and easy to follow and a great way to learn new
skills.”
“I’m surprised at how easy the chef makes cooking seem, I’ve
made tricky dishes like Thai green curry and lasagne – and my mum
and dad have been well impressed,” said Max (11).
Emily, Elodie and Lucy (14) came together and were impressed
with the friendly atmosphere of the course and the way you learn to
cook. “Cooking is made easy and it’s broken down into step by step
stages that are easy to follow and repeat at home. I like all the
cakes and sweet stuff that we get to make and then take home and
share with our family.”
